DirectCourse administrator webinar on employee training shares and transfers
DHS, Elsevier and the University of Minnesota Institute on Community Integration (ICI) invite
DirectCourse administrators from disability services providers and lead agencies to a webinar.
We will cover how to: Manage training for employees who work at more than one organization and new hires with previous DirectCourse training.
Transfer training records.
Look up a shared learner.
Avoid training duplication.

DirectCourse is an online training curriculum designed to provide education and professional development for people who support people with disabilities. It helps them build skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
DirectCourse also offers modules to help providers meet criteria for:

DHS partners with the University of Minnesota Institute on Community Integration (ICI) to offer technical support and assistance with DirectCourse. To request DirectCourse access through DHS, refer to DHS – Request for learner account. After you submit the form, you will receive enrollment instructions via email in two to three business days.
