Virtual Attendance

Thank you so much to all virtual participants who have signed up. We have reached our maximum capacity and can no longer accommodate additional virtual participants. You may still register for webinar only access (a live audio/visual feed). The registration form can be found here.

Virtual participants will need to register (at no cost) for the meeting, and commit to participating over the course of the workshop. There are two ways to register:

    • Register as an individual: Individual participants will be grouped into virtual communities of 6-8 scientists, each with a designated lead, and work together in all discussion sessions throughout the workshop. There will be brief, pre-meeting `homework’ for participants specifically geared towards building potential for productive interactions within discussion groups. In addition, all registered participants will have opportunities in real-time to contribute to the on-site workshop discussions.
    • Register as a group: Groups of 6-10 individuals can register as a community, and will be required to designate their own lead. The lead will serve as a point of contact in organizing the communities, and in facilitating virtual community-large group interactions.
