Contract Documents and Forms

Contract Documents are all documents and forms necessary to the initial bidding phase of a construction project. Documents detailing later changes in the formal contract or agreement between all of the parties involved in a construction project are also considered Contract Documents. Contract Documents can be categorized as Pre-Contract or Post-Contract Documents. Pre-Contract documents are documents used before the contract has been signed. Post-Contract documents are most frequently used after the contact has been signed.
