Sensory Guide and Equity Dress
Identified sensory stimuli employers can expect to experience during the event:

Groups - This event may involve large amounts of social engagement in large groups, teams, or crowds. Employers can expect large amounts of people in the venue.
Hearing - This event may involve activities with auditory stimulation such as loud sounds, noise, or music. Employers can expect to hear loud noises with attendees talking simultaneously.
Masks - All participants are expected to adhere to current University mask-wearing policies at all times. Masks are not currently required but are supported when worn on campus.
Physical - This event may involve activities with physical activity. Employers can expect extensive walking and standing at the Career and Internship Fair.
Food - Breakfast and lunch will be provided by Chartwells Catering. Food will be labeled with known allergens.

Equity and Dress
Please note that not all students have adequate access to professional clothing. There are students who have not had the means to purchase professional attire, outgrew it, or have not had typical access to stores/events.
While our students are encouraged to dress in business professional attire for the fair, please keep these factors in mind while meeting with students.
Carlson does not have an attire expectation for employers.
