In an increasingly interconnected yet divided world, successful collaboration requires more than shared goals—it demands cultural humility, mutual respect, and intentional practices that honor diverse identities. This presentation introduces the Cultural Intelligence Framework developed through Project HEALINGS, a nationwide initiative funded by the NNPHI COVID Vaccination Network. Through case studies from Project HEALINGS, participants will witness tangible outcomes of cultural integration and leave equipped with adaptable tools to enhance their own practice. This session empowers attendees to reimagine collaboration not as transactional, but as a transformative process that harnesses cultural diversity to achieve collective impact.
