Biography: As Director of Multimedia Technology of Asian Media Access, Stephen J. Lu brings technical expertise in multimedia productions, website design and development, database design, workflow automation, and reporting, and the management of cloud infrastructure, web hosting, SQL databases, API integrations, and emerging artificial intelligence tools that improve organizational efficiency, communications, and data-driven decision making. Stephen leads AMA's Multimedia Education and Production Division.  For the past 20 years, he has produced public campaigns addressing community health and civic engagement, including COVID-19 vaccination outreach in 12 heritage languages and ongoing AAPI public health prevention efforts.  He has developed educational materials grounded in the Bicultural Active Living Lifestyle and Cultural Intelligence Framework concepts. He empowers culturally isolated community members to value their own cultural practices through multilingual education and promotion, and serves on the Asian in Media Advisory Committee for the national Asian American Unity Coalition (AAUC).
