Biography: Saidah Nash Carter is the Founder and Executive Director of Bright Insights Global, where she works at the intersection of innovation, technology, and human connection. Throughout her career, Saidah has gathered leaders from business, government, academia, and communities to pursue opportunities through collaboration. Her work is grounded in Ubuntu—the belief that our shared humanity is interconnected with all life. For Saidah, Ubuntu is more than a philosophy; it is a framework for innovation that shapes how she leads, builds partnerships, and advances technology that serves people, planet, and shared prosperity.

Today, Saidah co-leads the development of the Centre for Responsible and Regenerative Technology (CRRT), a global initiative reimagining how emerging technologies are designed, governed, and deployed. CRRT advances technology that is transparent, accountable, community-centered, and regenerative—strengthening the people, places, and ecosystems it touches. By centering local knowledge, ethical innovation, and shared stewardship, CRRT is helping ensure technology drives not only economic opportunity, but also resilient communities and long-term societal well-being.
