As part of the Semifinalist Round of the 2026 MN Cup Competition, we request that you complete the following deliverables and submit them to the YouNoodle platform by:

Executive Summary Business Plan (2 pages)

This plan should be no more than 2 pages, written to be understood by someone without specific industry expertise and provided as a PDF. We encourage you to follow the template provided and utilize the example summary as a reference.

Investor Presentation (15 slides)

This slide deck will cover the same general topics and should be no more than 15 slides. You may include additional slides as an appendix, but as with the plan, judges are not required to read past the first 15 slides. For purposes of your MN Cup submission, neither the plan nor the investor presentation needs to include an agenda/table of contents, but both should include page numbers. A cover slide/title page will not count toward the page/slide limits.

1-Minute Video: 

This video is a creative project for the team to showcase the product/service, including demonstrations, customer testimonials, the personality of the team, and the culture of the business. In creating the video, we suggest developing something that can live on after the MN Cup Competition to get the most out of your work and the experience. Yes, it does need to be 1 minute long! Shorter videos are ok, Longer videos won’t be accepted.

Due to file size issues, we ask that you upload your video to YouTube, Vimeo, or another platform that will allow you to share a link to the video. It will not be possible to upload a video file to the platform; only a link to your externally-hosted video will work.

Financial Summary and Projections: 

Please provide supplemental context to these materials through a financial summary and projections. Feel free to use the financial projections template provided by EisnerAmper here.

Completing the second round entry will help you develop the materials necessary to align your team and communicate with potential employees, investors, partners, and customers.
