Kenneth Bartlett is a professor of human resource development and chair of the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy and Development in the College of Education and Human Development at the University of Minnesota. He previously worked in a variety of management positions in the public sector and tourism industry in New Zealand and the United States.
He holds a master’s and doctorate in human resource development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
His research focuses on the process and outcomes of human resource and leadership development. He has considerable experience as a consultant and adviser with organizations across the United States as well as with educational institutions, nonprofits and government agencies in over 40 countries.
