I am a Ph.D. candidate of Technology & Operations at Stephen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, where I am co-advised by Professor Ravi Anupindi and Professor Jun Li. I am actively on the 2023-2024 job market.

My research focuses on challenges in the healthcare supply chain, particularly its societal implications and behavioral decision-making with algorithms.

My research is inspired by the inherent tradeoffs within healthcare: Quality, Access, and Cost, which describes the challenge of providing affordable healthcare (Cost) that's easily available to all (Access) without sacrificing its effectiveness and safety (Quality). At present, my current research focuses on two key tradeoffs:

Methodologically, I have developed a flexible toolkit in empirical and behavioral operations, as well as applied machine learning methods. My work is conducted in close collaboration with frontline healthcare professionals and industry pioneers and provides actionable insights that guide decision-making.
