Mina is drawn to anything that turns reality on its head (i.e., Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Supernatural Horror). Her favorite characters to write are the ones that have been put through the wringer but still find a way to push through with hope. And, of course, the best plot to ever exist: the romance sub-plot. 

When asked what she loves about Writers Room, Mina said: "How everyone inspires and supports each other. Writer's Room is why I declared an FTVM major, why I want to be a screenwriter, and why I didn't have to decide all of that on my own. It's really the best community I could ask for."

She is most excited for: "getting into the characters and their relationships with each other, especially the backstory of Julien and Arthur's frayed family ties. It'll be awesome to see how everyone's voice shines through in the final product."
