“Twisted Strings” is a thrilling look at the city of Chicago, buckling undcr the weight of rampant organized crime. We take the perspective of three young adults, just beginning to understand the harsh realities of the world around them. When the truths of the twisted underworld become impossible to ignore, they have no recourse but to dive headfirst into the murky underbelly of their city. From bootlegging to gambling, detectives and rats, we explore the unkempt world that birthed some of the city's richest history.
