Experiment One

This first experiment for my Writing 220 class pushed me completely out of my comfort zone as I had previously never written poetry. When I first worked on my origin piece, I felt dissatisfied with the end result as I felt that it was more summarizing the plot than actual analysis. I used the experiment as a chance to expand on Trina's character in a way that wasn't fully explored in the musical, and analyze what I believe Trina's meaning of womanhood was.
