In encouraging you to reimagine the idea of authenticity, we must acknowledge that this call is often juxtaposed with the real, often tangible benefits, of "fitting in." How do these things intersect? How has the pandemic impacted ideas of leadership and success? How can we advance truly inclusive environments that embrace, value, and elevate difference?
