MI-ACE Women of Color Collaborative

The University of Michigan-Flint is pleased to partner with the MI-ACE Women of Color Collaborative (WOCC) to host this opportunity for reflection, encouragement, and networking.

Together we will explore the challenges faced by women of color in the academy and strategize how to advocate for systems that value diversity, strengthen belonging, and advance meaningful paths towards inclusion, leadership and career success.

The WOCC strives to provide a forum and means of support for women of color employed in faculty, staff, and administrative roles at Michigan's colleges and universities. This event is free and open to all who support this mission, regardless of identity or position.
