The Gargoyle

The Gargoyle is the official humor publication of the University of Michigan. We publish four issues each academic year (two each semester), distributing thousands of free copies across campus featuring hilarious short stories, comics, illustrations, and the occasional joke that somehow survives three rounds of editing.

Print Rates

The Gargoyle is distributed at 37 drop spots; all residential halls, academic buildings and off-campus locations; 4 issues/year; 2,500 copies each issue.

Design Requests

You also have the option of submitting the advertisement information and photos to us and our design team will create an advertisement for your approval within the constraints of the advertisments.

Artwork Guidelines

Must be sent at 300 dpi and in CMYK format. Ads include color and must be licensed for commercial use. We accept JPEG, PNG, and PDF files.

Cancellation Policy

If an advertisement is cancelled after the deadline, Wolverine Media Group reserves the right to charge up to 50% of the total cost of the space reservation.
