• Fiat/Tata Ranjangaon Program, India: Fire engine machining line, Small Diesel Engine machining line and assembly line. Successfully delivered on time and under budget.
• Fiat/PSA, Sevel South, Italy: implemented an innovative system for robot application of noise-dampening foam to light commercial vehicles body.
• Developed and deployed a standard Work Breakdown Structure for the global powertrain business unit.
• Implemented the use of Earned Value Management tools.
