Why Donate?
It is first important for us to note that the University of Michigan Figure Skating Club is an organization of the university and is therefore neither funded nor officially associated with Michigan Athletics.
As of now, UMFSC is entirely self-funded by our team members who pay an annual membership fee of $1000. These dues cover the overall costs of two Yost Ice Arena practices per week, team coaching twice a month, USFS Intercollegiate Competition registration fees, competition transportation (gas for carpools), and competition lodging for some but not all of our team members. UMFSC dues do not include skating apparel, competition meals, or flight tickets to the Intercollegiate National Finals.
