The primary purpose of MHESA is to advance the standards of education and professional development in healthcare management, through programs and activities designed to supplement the academic curriculum of the Department of Health Management and Policy.
We hope to enhance students' experiences through the provision of extracurricular programs and events of the members' choosing, including social and charitable activities.
Consistent with the goals of the American College of Healthcare Executives (hereinafter referred to as ACHE), MHESA provides its members the opportunity to enhance their leadership and managerial skills while broadening their network of professional contacts through active participation in the affairs of MHESA and ACHE and exploring issues of importance to healthcare professionals and others interested in the improvement of the healthcare system.
