Chem-E-Car is a competitive project team that develops shoe-box-sized cars which are fueled and stopped by chemical reactions. In competitions, sponsored by the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE), we must calibrate the car to travel a predetermined distance in which the team who gets closest to that given distance wins.

Despite what our name suggests, we are a multidisciplinary club that welcomes all majors! So, if you are looking for some unique hands-on experience and a chance to connect and learn with other engineers, come join us!
