With this e-portfolio, I'm happy to share with you my progress in the doctoral program in Educational Leadership at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, highlighting my journey in conducting inquiry, discovering evidence-based practice, and adding to the scholarly body of knowledge in education issues important today.

At the top of the site please find navigation tabs that will lead you to specific areas of my work. On each tab, you will get to know a little more about me and my work in the Ed.D. program. I have shared with you my teaching philosophy, along with samples of my work in my Research Areas of Interest. The Central Office Administrator tab includes my scholarship as I completed the requirements for School Administrator Certificate and my Work-Related Writing tab includes artifacts from my professional work prior to entering the program.
