On Balance ...
Who I am has been shaped by many life experiences. My career includes experiences in K-12 education, manufacturing, and not-for-profit organizations with varying responsibilities. My family has also been influential in who I have become as I have been a mother to at least one child under the age of 18 for 40 years -- a career in and of itself! Shepherding my children through school, college, extracurriculars, careers, and having their own children is a challenge for which there is no training, but has very high stakes, and I have learned much over the years. I have also had rich experiences with my own hobbies that provides me insight into how people connect and create purpose. Finally, pursuing education as a way to transform my life and career has been a steadfast approach throughout my life.
