Tuition Support Request Form

Scholarship Rules:

• The amount of money received from various sources cannot exceed the cost of the tuition.

• UM Dearborn scholarship - added to the 75% UM program (not subtracted from the amount). Please work with your supervisor and U-M Dearborn to fill out necessary forms.

All other forms of support, other than loans, are subtracted from the 75% calculation.
