Polyploidy Atlas

Welcome to the Polyploidy Atlas!

We have compiled a list of references showing endopolyploidy in various tissue and cell types across Eukarya. We provide commentary on the data, indicate whether the polyploidy is normal or pathological, and information about the developmental timing or inducing stressors when available. The list is sortable, downloadable and publicly available. Navigate to the Searchable Atlas page to use our interactive tool.
