Since Dearborn's population has grown by 12% since 2010 according to the City of Dearborn, and will presumably keep growing the best way to solve the bottleneck is to expand it.
Provide a quicker means of receiving and filtering orders in the drive-through lane by adding an additional lane and creating a second server. This takes the original time waiting in minutes of (51/995=0.051) to a staggering (1/294=0.0034)
The cost will be driven up initially from the original one server of $57.38 per hour to $65.87 per hour
By adding a second drive-through lane and creating another server, two additional staff members need to be hired to ensure each station and task is completed in an appropriate time.
Additional worker adds value by meeting the demands of the minimum number of workers required for both shifts of morning and afternoon.
Employee satisfaction increases by fulfilling scheduled requirements of full time workers and part time workers.

The safety of employees and customers will be ensured due to lack of face-to-face interaction.
The two phases being implemented work simultaneously together, you can have one without the other. However, both will drive this Tim Hortons locations profits and desirability comparatively to its competition.
Firstly, employee scheduling improves the business-related aspect of a healthy productive environment.
Second, introducing a second server to increase customer service and satisfaction.
