We believe that the future of real estate does not lie only in building houses, but in building community. Our vision for the development of 721 N. Main Street lives into this forecast through both its developable and non-developable spaces, because property value is not a simple one-to-one measurement of buildable square footage. We know that home is so much more than the buildings we live in; therefore, our team proposes that the site be holistically developed as a sustainable living and learning community, featuring eight co-housing townhomes, a food forest, and warehouses retrofitted to be a myceliation facility and a community center.
