PRESIDENT
Mia Wang is a Junior from Allendale, NJ studying Biopsychology, Cognition, & Neuroscience (BCN) with a minor in writing. She is interested in the intersection of business, medicine, and law. Aside from being the President of MPLS, she works as an undergraduate research assistant under Dr. Felix Warneken in the psychology department. Her other involvements include being a project manager and consulting analyst for the Michigan Healthcare Business Club, Social Chair for UM Health Horizons, and a member of Nu Rho Psi (the only honor society recognizing brain research in the U.S!). Elaina Brenz is a Junior from Grand Blanc, MI, majoring in Psychology and Sociology (Law, Justice, & Social Change) with a minor in Drama. She is especially passionate about pursuing a career in criminal law. Alongside serving as Recruitment Chair for Women in Law, she works as a Campus Day Leader through the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Elaina is also involved with the Michigan Sand Volleyball Club, Michigan Catholics, RC Players, and Rude Mechanicals. Paige Huber is a Sophomore at the University of Michigan, involved in the Michigan Pre-Law Society, Delta Gamma Phi, and Empowering Women in Law. She participates in the Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program (UROP) and is passionate about pursuing a career in law. Hayley Geller is a Senior from Palm Beach, FL, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Writing. She is passionate about pursuing a career in family law. In the summer of 2025, she interned at a law firm in Boca Raton, FL, gaining valuable experience in the legal field. Hayley works as a content creator and campus ambassador for Bounce Life and is also a member of Zeta Tau Alpha. Outside of her academic and extracurricular commitments, she enjoys reading, spending time with friends, and playing sports. Juliana Stepanoff is a Junior from Orange County, CA, double majoring in Psychology and Economics. She is passionate about pursuing a career in sports law and has gained meaningful professional experience through an Inpatient Psychology Internship at College Hospital Cerritos, an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Internship with Advances in Mental Health, and work as a medical billing assistant. At Michigan, Juliana is a member of Sigma Kappa Sorority. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, running, playing pickleball, and reading.

Cadence Secreto is a Junior from Newburgh, NY studying Political Science at the University of Michigan. Beyond her involvement in MPLS, Cadence is a member of Women’s Ice Hockey, Phi Delta Phi, and UROP. She is currently a Pretrial Services Intern at the Southern District of New York (SDNY). Lexi Spector is a Senior from New York City studying at the University of Michigan and a member of The Michigan Daily. She has spent the past two summers interning at Greenberg and Stein, P.C. in New York City. In addition to her role in MPLS, Lexi enjoys reading about current world and U.S. news, as well as writing about Ann Arbor events—such as new restaurants and real estate developments—during her time at The Michigan Daily. In her free time, she enjoys taking long walks outdoors, going to restaurants with friends and family, attending Michigan football games and other sporting events, shopping, and watching her favorite TV shows and movies.

Phoebe Palit is a Sophomore from New Orleans, majoring in History and Political Science. She serves as the Chair of Mentorship for the Michigan Pre-Law Society and is also involved with ACLU UMich and Chi Omega. Phoebe is passionate about pursuing a career in public policy and will be starting research through UROP this year. Outside of academics and extracurriculars, she enjoys reading, watching sitcoms and romcoms, sewing, and thrifting.
