My name is Mehmed Kerem Uludag. I am a Sophomore double majoring in Computer Science & Engineering and Robotics. I was born in Urbana/Champaign, Illinois. My parents are both from Istanbul, Turkey and I am very fortunate to be bilingual. Most of my elementary years involved moving around, I lived in Turkey for a year. Finally, in middle school, my family settled in Ann Arbor, where I have been ever since except for my sophomore year in high school which was spent in Bosnia. I also work part-time at the University of Michigan Advanced Research Computing (ARC). My other interests include flying drones, playing chess, and sports such as basketball, rowing, and table tennis. I am also a student pilot, striving to get my Private Pilot Certificate this summer.
