LSWO Conference

In October 2024, the UM School of Social Work funded our trip to the Latino Social Work Organization (LSWO) conference in Chicago. There, we had the opportunity to network, learn about Latine/x-based social work practices, and explore the city.

We hope to send students to this conference again in the future!

In April 2021, the UM School of Social Work funded our trip to the Latino Social Work Organization (LSWO) conference in Chicago where we had the opportunity to be surrounded by a larger community of Latine/x social workers and learn new things.
