Although ILL and Document Delivery were rated positively by roughly 95% of those who have used them, there was a pronounced lack of awareness that these services existed: 30% were not aware of Interlibrary Loans, and 43% were not aware of Document Delivery. Awareness and use of services differed widely by campus role (e.g., 50% of undergrads were unaware of InterLibrary Loan, vs. 12% of faculty).
