The Michigan Union is the official conference venue for L4DC 2025.

Impressive in stature and alive with activity, enter the Michigan Union and you’ll find yourself immediately immersed in the Go Blue! culture. While you’re here, be sure to stroll through the historic halls and enjoy the beautifully restored architectural details.

Technical Session space: floor 2

All keynote and oral presentations will take place in the Rogel Ballroom.

Poster sessions will take place in Pendelton with possible overflow in Rogel Ballroom.

Registration services will be in the main hallway outside of Rogel Ballroom for the duration of the conference.

Ford Motor Company Robotics Building

2505 Hayward Ave. Ann Arbor, MI 48109

The L4DC 2025 Welcome Reception will be held in the atrium of the Ford Motor Company Robotics Building. Heavy hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be available, and U-M robotics faculty/students will be available to give tours of the building.

Parking at the Union

Guests can park in the Maynard Public Parking Structure (324 Maynard St) for a daily fee. There is also street parking available on State St. outside of the Union.

Parking at Robotics

Parking is free in lot NC 26 (2500 Hayward) and NC28 after 5pm on weekdays. If arriving earlier, lot NC26 does have paid visitor parking options.
