ICH lab members are expected to...
Participate in weekly 1-hour meetings
Complete assigned tasks (e.g., literature reviews, data analysis) in a timely manner
Uphold ethical standards in all research activities
Stay organized and take initiative in learning new research skills
Represent the lab positively at conferences or campus events (when applicable)
