Venue:
Will the event be in-person, virtual, or hybrid?
Some locations are free, such as classrooms, while others come with an additional cost, such as rooms at the Michigan League, the Union, or Rackham (costs vary, we can help you book the venue)
Will the event be catered?
We are happy to coordinate catering for events, and/or make reservations for you
Transportation/Lodging:
Will the guest(s) need airfare or railway transportation? Will the guest(s) need transportation to or from the airport/train station?
Will the guest(s) need lodging?
Audience:
Who is your target audience for your event, or in other words, who are you inviting to your event?
Ex: Undergraduate students within your department, undergraduate students across the University, graduate students within your own department, faculty teaching language courses, etc.
In order to have adequate time to prepare for your event, please fill out this form at least two months before your intended event date, depending on the complexity of the event. Thank you.
