The Small PA Speaker is best used in groups of up to 25 people to amplify a presenter's voice or to make announcements indoors.
It can not be used outdoors and requires an orientation before use to help prevent damage such a blowout from having the volume to high.
**PA speakers are built to be used with SPOKEN VOICE ONLY - they are NOT optimal for singing or playing music**

Connecting the Sony Wireless Lavalier microphone directly to one of our PA’s has a greatly higher chance of feedback, increasing the risk of blowing a speaker (which the patron will be responsible for). Therefore, this equipment is considered incompatible with the with the Sony Wireless Lavalier Mics. available from the Tech. Library.
Please be advised that our PA speakers and microphones are not compatible with the current audio/visual equipment installed in the auditoriums and classrooms on campus. If you are hosting an event in an LSA auditorium and require the use of the audio/visual equipment, we kindly ask you to contact our Special Events team for assistance.
