Course Grading

The Clinical Trunk Intensive course grade is dependent on attendance and participation in all required activities. A student who attends or remediates (in case of deferral) all required sessions and achieves satisfactory completion of all assigned items will receive a “Satisfactory” (S) grade and PASS this course. A “S” grade indicates satisfactory mastery of course requirements.

Incomplete Coursework

A grade of Incomplete (I) will be assigned if attendance and remediation of a required experience is not completed at the time the course grades are posted. Students with Incomplete requirements will see an “I” on their official transcript and this Incomplete will be reported to Competency Committee (see Policy & Procedures for Evaluation, Advancement and Graduation [external site]).

Housekeeping

If you have questions about where to go or what to do, please check the Clinical Trunk Intensive site (external site), Clinical Trunk Canvas site and the resource materials in MBox. We work hard to make this information available and easy to find. If, after doing that, you still have questions, you can contact Rachel Sprovtsoff or Lisa Schneider. Please feel free to also contact Rosalyn Maben-Feaster, MD, MPH, with any other course concerns.
