For a given campaign on a given month, all of the types of content use the same source information discussed in Background Research section. This section details what information and assets are required to create each type of content.
The pamphlets and social media images all use the same templates, with colors chosen from Meridian Township's branding guidelines.
This information is directly embedded in the image

There are Canva templates for both the Facebook images and pamphlets. To extend the existing campaigns, notes from this spreadsheet can be used to identify information sources for a number of topics not yet covered. From these information sources, populate the templates with all the required pieces of information discussed above.
For communities outside of Meridian Township, the templates can be converted by changing:
The logo in the top right of the Facebook images and pamphlets
The color scheme of the Facebook images and pamphlets. The templates are using Meridian Township's branding colors.
Optional: the link to Planting a Native Meridian in the bottom right of the pamphlets. Meridian is happy to have awareness of this booklet spread but it could also be changed to link to something more local.
