Sunday, June 5th: Parking in city lots and off-street parking is free on Sundays. Park in front of Couzens Residence Hall,1300 E. Ann St. Ann Arbor, MI 48109, at a metered parking space and unload your belongings. Program staff in "Information Changes Everything" T-shirts will be on hand to assist and direct you.
**IMPORTANT** Sunday evening you will need to make sure your vehicle is parked at either Maynard parking structure located at 324 Maynard Street or Liberty Square parking structure, located at 510 E. Washington St. We have arranged free parking at both of these structures (Maynard structure and Liberty structure). Please see the maps below. Also note the following:
You must exit either structure within 72 hours of their arrival or risk having your car booted ($75 removal fee). You can always exit, drive around the block and re-enter if necessary.
Students must park on structure floors 4 or higher (lower floors have time restrictions). Vehicles will be ticketed (each day) on lower floors if they violate the time restrictions.
We will issue parking passes at check-out after the closing reception for all those who plan to park on the weekend. You will need to give this parking voucher to the attendant and the parking ticket you received on entry in order to avoid charges for parking.

MAYNARD:
LIBERTY SQUARE:
Check in will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, June 5, 2022 in the lobby of Couzens Residence Hall and will end at 9:15 a.m. The opening session will begin at 9:15 a.m.
At check in you will receive your room assignment (if applicable) and a packet with the program schedule, information about the weekend's activities and additional resources.
At 9:30 a.m., Adventure Leadership will take us through some icebreaker activities. Participants and staff will participate in interactive team building activities focused on communication, cooperation, and problem-solving. You will be asked to sign and complete a wavier form before participating.
The University of Michigan School of Information is happy to provide lodging on Sunday and Monday evening for those participating in CCSI.
Attendees are staying at the Couzens Residence Hall at 1300 E Ann St, Ann Arbor, MI 48109. If you arrive earlier, you may check your bags in at the desk and participate in our early arrival activities or visit nearby bookstores and coffee shops.
Checkout time is before noon on the date you are scheduled to leave. You will turn in your blue Mcard and White room card with the key to the CCSI staff before you check out.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided for all CCSI Fellows either in the dining hall or in our main meeting spaces (refer to the program schedule you'll receive at check-in for specific details). We will accommodate your dietary restrictions and preferences as indicated in the participation agreement form you submitted.
MGuest is a WIFI network for University of Michigan guests.
1. Connect to the MGuest WiFi network.
2. Open a web browser; the MGuest welcome page will appear.
3. Enter your email address and agree to terms to gain network access.
4. Please note that Internet Explorer 9 is not supported by MGuest.
Participants will have access to campus gyms with their M-Card.

Depending on the room type, the bathroom will be shared with up to four other people of the same gender. Coin operated laundry facilities are located on the third floor.
The University is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Please keep your room door closed.
University policy does not permit smoking in buildings, in facilities, on grounds and in university-owned vehicles.
University policy does not permit the consumption of alcohol in the common areas of the residence hall.
