What does campus look like? What do all the buildings house? As a new student at U-M, learning how to navigate campus can be a challenge. It’s a large campus and a new environment. Finding your way around earlier can help.
Join us on Monday, June 6 from 4:00-5:00pm, for a campus tour with CCSI. We will be departing from North Quad.
Join U-M students on an insider tour of campus.
North Quad is home to the School of Information
MUMSI would like to take you on a tour through a few iconic University of Michigan hotspots. These images also double as UMSI themed Zoom backgrounds. Take MUMSI along with you on your next Zoom call!
When MUMSI isn't collecting acorns or cheering on Michigan at football games, you will find them at North Quad (NQ), the home of the School of Information. NQ is where faculty offices are and where most SI classes take place. NQ also has reservable study spaces and student lounges/computer spaces.
MUMSI, like all true Michigan fans, loves rocking their Michigan gear during all of the football games which take places at the Big House (known formally as the Michigan Stadium)
MUMSI's favorite spot to squirrel around with their friends.
When MUMSI is feeling artsy they like to walk by their favorite art installation on campus - the Cube. A gift from UM's class of 1965, the revolving cube is officially titled "Endover." It measures 15 feet wide by 15 feet tall.
