Take a moment to learn what CCSI is all about, when it started, what it offers, and how you can make the most of your experience.
The Community College Summer Institute (CCSI) is an annual program hosted by the Office of Organizational Culture (OCC) and Community at the University of Michigan School of Information (UMSI).
Launched in 2017, CCSI was created to expand access to higher education for community college students, especially those who are underrepresented in the field of information. Since its beginning, over 200 students from 13 Michigan community colleges have participated and earned the title of CCSI Fellow.
