Developing Inclusive Youth (DIY) is an evidence-based program designed to increase friendships, promote school belonging, and provide a vocabulary for students and teachers to address social inclusivity at school. The program uses a web-based curriculum tool with classroom discussions led by the teacher.
Research on the DIY program has been published in numerous academic journals, as well as Scientific American. DIY was also a finalist for the 2025 Invention of the Year Award in the Social Innovation category.
