come in for one clinic visit per year
complete monthly surveys during the flu season
be available for future flu studies
Participants will earn:

$75 for the initial clinical visit
$50 for each annual follow-up visit
$5 for each completed monthly survey
Participation in this registry is completely voluntary and you are free to withdraw at any time.
