At the core of our work is human-centered design, which is all about including the people you are designing for in the process to create new iterations that will meet their wants and needs. Everything we do in the Innovation Studio is considered an experiment, so we consider feedback an important part of our work.
We are always seeking feedback to understand more about what is working, what’s not working, and new ideas that may come up. From asking for quick reactions through “heat maps” or polls in the lobby to building interactive opportunities for feedback into programs, we look for opportunities to learn about audiences’ reactions and perspectives.
A few ways we've gathered feedback are...
Engaging with audience members in the lobby
Through the program notes
Interactive polls in the lobby
Interviewing stakeholders
