I am a mathematics graduate student at the University of Maryland. I study mathematical logic, in particular model theory and its applications. I enjoy skiing, idling, and playing the blues. My favorite mathematical object is the number 2. I also administer The Model Theory Wiki
I was born and raised a logician but have a healthy appreciation for geometry, probability and combinatorics. Most of my work is in model theory of both the pure and applied variety.
Recently I have also become interested in applications of model theory to geometric group theory, random graphs and the interaction with Fraïssé constructions.
Here is list of my papers and more on my research
I currently teach Math 141, Calculus 2.
A full list of previous classes and course materials is available here.
