I am a mathematics graduate student at the University of Maryland. I primarily study mathematical logic, in particular model theory. I enjoy skiing, idling, and playing the blues. My favorite mathematical object is the number 2.
I was born and raised a logician but have a healthy appreciation for geometry and algebra. Most of my work is in model theory, more specifially the world of classification theory and stability theory.
Recently I have also become interested in applications of model theory to geometric group theory.
