Creative Process

What I learned about the creative process...

Throughout the creative process for my capstone project, there were many trials and tribulations. My plan building up to my final project has changed a lot in terms of regulating it and making my goals more realistic. For instance, I was able to remove tasks that didn’t necessarily benefit my project and were just occupying space. With this, I was able to include more time in regards to finalizing my design for the bench. This included additional research for the elements placed on the bench. Furthermore, I've struggled drastically with trying to tackle multiple materials at once. This is why I was able to incorporate the concept of single tasking. This includes starting one task, and carrying through until completion or until designated milestones. This helped me with time management for my project and as well as ending dual tasking in general. While this process was extensive, I was able to carry it out by focusing on one task at a time.
