"I co-taught an integrative capstone course to MBAs and Executive MBAs with Bingze Xu for six years, starting online during the pandemic and continuing both online and in person thereafter. Bing is an excellent instructor. He is a natural with students, responding to their questions with questions of his own that gently and constructively guide the students to the answers they need. He's a proactive instructor and course organizer, planning two to three steps ahead in the course, preparing the sessions, tools, and delivery materials needed so that the course moves forward seamlessly. Bing is also a collaborative instructor. We co-taught across geographies during the pandemic - me in the US and Bing in Beijing - and Bing picked up and handed off the course and the students flawlessly.
