My fitness journey began at the age of 19, when I first went to the gym and started doing resistance training. However, it wasn't until I met my coach Tommy that I truly understood the importance of systematic and scientific regular training. Since November 2022, under my coach's guidance, I've been following a structured plan and receiving remote instructions. After six months of dedicated training (three to four times a week), I felt stronger than ever before. In December 2023, I tested my personal bests in Three Lifts as captured in the videos below, marking a milestone in this ongoing journey.
More than just a physical pursuit, training has shaped my mindset. The discipline and resilience I’ve built in the gym indirectly influence how I approach research: staying mentally sharp, adapting to constant change, and consistently pushing my limits. In a world where we must continuously absorb new information and keep pace with evolving technologies, training the mind—like training the body—is a lifelong commitment. Join me as I share my milestones and the joy of challenging oneself to grow stronger every day!

I’ve developed a habit of eating clean and controlling my intake—not always the tastiest experience. So I often watch people eating and cooking delicious food when eating.
Over time, I started to remember the recipes—and eventually, I began trying them out myself. Below are a few snapshots of the meals I’ve cooked. And here’s my personal rule of thumb when it comes to sharing food:
"One person eats what they like. Two people eat a little more. But invite friends—and it becomes a real meal!"
