My Creative Process

My class was substantially improved by the "kill your darlings" activity and the research on creativity we learned about in CPSA250 class. The "kill your darlings activity" helped narrow down all my ideas for my project into a cohesive, detailed plan. The creativity research was incorporated into my creative process and the lesson plans made for the class. Inspiration boards were used to generate ideas for the capstone. Brainstorming techniques like mind maps were used to inspire creativity in my participants' designs. Peer feedback was used to make my class more interesting and to make sure my target audience was receiving the right amount of information through my presentation to conduct their projects.
