Black Out Poetry
This piece was made in protest to the increasing ICE raids around the country. It used a discarded music book and a black marker. The piece comments on racism, cultural bias, and gaslighting by the government. It alludes to the false sense of control made by the top. Look closely; how clear is the warning?

Patch
Inspired by anti-war patches in the Vietnam War era, this work is meant to show the magnitude of destruction the US has played a part in during the 20th and 21st century. This piece was created with fabric and fabric paint. While we say “no” to war, what truly surrounds the word?

Insignificance, 2026
Pin
This work is meant to show the insignificance of our ego in the perspective of the universe, and was inspired by the famous picture “The Pale Blue Dot” taken by Voyager 1. It was a photo of earth taken from nearly 3.7 billion miles away, and showcases earth as a tiny blue dot. I created this piece using markers, paper, and a pin press. Greed encapsulates people, making them think they have everything. However, everything may be a severe understatement.
