250 Years of Immigrant Stories is a collaborative podcast project developed by the Center for Global Migration Studies (CGMS) and the Immigration and Ethnic History Society (IEHS) in celebration of the United States’s 250th anniversary.
Each episode of 250 Years of Immigrant Stories showcases two immigrant stories told by guest scholars, storytellers, and descendants. Through these individual narratives, the podcast explores varying experiences of immigration, settlement, and the emergence of immigration regulation over time. Altogether, the series highlights the breadth and complexity of immigrant experiences from the American Revolution to the present.
