Student Success Workshop with American Corners

In collaboration with American Corners in Iasi, Romania, I launched four comprehensive workshops aimed at enhancing undergraduate student success, covering a wide range of topics from maximizing the college experience to career preparation. The workshops were designed to foster self-reflection, encourage active participation in education, and develop positive relationships with faculty and campus resources. Practical sessions on career exploration, major selection, job interview techniques, and resume crafting are included to prepare students for the professional world. Additionally, the concept of a "college bucket list" is introduced to emphasize the importance of a holistic college experience. Through these initiatives, I sought to empower students with the necessary skills and mindset for academic success and future career advancement.
